Sessions are catered to your needs and goals and could include

various forms of manual therapy, energy work, Craniosacral therapy

and/or movement based therapy.

To guide you on what you need, typically a 60 min session is geared
more towards one area of the body that individuals want focused on
during a session. A 75 min or 90 min session would benefit those that
need other areas integrated during their session or it can allow for
extra time to integrate Craniosacral, stretching, progressing your
home exercise program, etc... to your session. A 30 or 45 min session
may be warranted if you need a quick tune up to one specific area
and/or are short on time.
